Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers can exchange their items within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
  • Note: We do not accept returns. Returns are accepted for products available on our website only in case of a wrong product, defect, damage, or misprint.
  • Exchange process: Since we do not have a reverse pickup facility. You will have to self-ship your product all by yourself. As compensation, we will credit 100 points to your Crunk Thread account wallet. Once we receive your item we will inspect & immediately dispatch your requested size product. (Please pack your product securely to avoid any damage or loss during carriage. Only unused & unwashed products with original packaging & tags will be accepted for return/exchange. Once shipped please share details to support@crunkthread.com )

  • Yes, it’s true! We provide free shipping all over India.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days.
  • The estimated delivery time Is 7-9 business days. (sometimes deliveries may vary and take longer than usual around holidays or due to circumstances out of our control)
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
 

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive your item, we will​ inspect it & notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank policies.
